i think i'd really like this book.

it seems well suited to the way i absorb information best...

minimal text and LOTS of visuals. pretty, colorful visuals.

i got completely sucked into the web site.

tonight, we loaded up the gang and went downtown to powell's where we got to meet camille rose garcia. and talk to her. about art and tattoos and portland and books. the squirrels got their copy of the book signed. it was so good, she is lovely. we've long since been fans of her work, you can find it stashed all over my house. the book lived up to my expectations and more, it's gorgeous. and i am quite excited to read it. we read chapter 1 before bed tonight.
